 The Details: The Clara Smock Blouse has a ruffle collar with a baby hem, v-shaped smocking at the chest, an oversized puff sleeve, and a key-hole at the top center back with a button and elastic loop closure. She also has shirring at the shoulder seam and is elastic at the sleeve opening. The Clara has a relaxed fit.
